it is fundamental right to all  indians to respect constitunal of india, national flag and nation anthem.

Recently the supreme court has urged all state governments to mandate the national anthem before playing movie.
the following conditions are mandate:

1.Every citizen of india  must standup during national anthem.
 2.except for disable persons.
3.in case  vilotion of rules must be punished severly.

during playing the national anthem the management of board observe the audiences.
Recently some teenagers have taken selfies in sit position during national anthem.some of audience observed the scene and lodged the complaint against teenagers.
the police has taken action as per court order.
it is good to mandate stand up during national anthem.directly the government create awareness among the people.
but my question is WHY THE SUPREME COURT MANDATE THE NATIONAL ANTHEM BEFORE THE POLITICAL  PARTY BEGINS?

It is very obvious whenever National Anthem is played anywhere it's duty of every citizen of India to respect and honour. It meant for our mother India. It's our Indians identity. But the order by Supreme Court according to me is questionable that why only movie theatres?
Actually the motive and purpose behind this move is not clearly stated. It's ridiculous and weak decision to impose only in Cinemas. If nation wants change wants to instill moral value and patriotism it is taught in school days. Education is blessing ultimately and we have to work upon that ( QUALITY and PURPOSE).
Yeah it is clear it is infringement on fundamental right.
Forced sort of thing. Pride Patriotism for nation must come naturally. Majority is youth coming to cinemas. It's sad and illogical concept that they need to be guided this way for national integrity national identity etc.
This order need to be widen its horizons not just limited to cinemas otherwise there will be instances of violence as happened few days back.
